CEO and Co-owner
Becky joined the team in 2011 after moving back from Santiago, Chile and leaving a teaching career to join the family business. Graduating with a BA in Spanish literature and a MA in education, Becky has traveled all over the world and lived in many different places. Upon moving back to Chicago, Becky’s father was quick to open the doors for Becky to join the team and have someone to call his “partner.” Becky began working in customer service and marketing and is currently in charge of sales and operations. In Becky’s free time, she can be found hanging out with her two toddlers Rafael and Agustin, traveling, or reading a book.

Todd joined the Shop4ties team back in 2011 when an ad was put out to find another graphic designer. After receiving hundreds of submissions, Todd was chosen to join the team due to his amazing talent. Creative, multidisciplinary designer & art director, Todd has always had an eye for bold flavorful design. As an associate and independent contractor, Todd has worked with a gamut of clients, including Walt Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Pepsi and The Serena Williams Live Ultimate Run. When he’s not designing ties, Hawaiian shirts, t-shirts, large format signage, or websites, Todd enjoys walking his French Bulldog, Beignet, and eating empanadas.
Alina Saczek joined the Shop4ties team back in 2003 when she heard that Arnie Kapp was looking to hire a designer for his company. Shortly after meeting Arnie and taking a quick liking to him, she started designing ties/scarves for Shop4ties. Alina designed and produced rock t-shirts (including the 1984 Tour shirt for Van Halen), worked on large murals, painted portraits, and created corporate slide programs, among other things. She has worked with ad agencies, design studios, and packaging and publication companies, both freelancing and as a regular employee.
